1. Services
The Charm Architect provides personal development and social confidence coaching services to adult clients. All services are delivered online unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Not a substitute for professional services
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or any form of regulated health service. If you are experiencing serious mental health concerns, please consult a qualified mental health professional. The Charm Architect does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
3. Results disclaimer
Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances. Testimonials or examples shared are not guarantees of outcome. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on coaching content.
4. Payments and refunds
Payment terms are agreed prior to commencing a program. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically guaranteed. Please contact us within 48 hours of a session if you have concerns.
5. Confidentiality
All client information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.
6. Conduct
Clients are expected to engage respectfully. The Charm Architect reserves the right to terminate a coaching relationship if conduct is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or contrary to the values of respectful, ethical social interaction.
7. Intellectual property
All materials provided during coaching (scripts, frameworks, worksheets) are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian consumer law.
